If you're living with chronic illness or disability, you’ve come to the right place. My practice centers on supporting adults navigating the unique challenges of these experiences: grief, trauma, loss, anxiety, and the daily stress of living in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. I also work with clients managing depression, anxiety disorders, and severe mental illness.
My approach is eclectic, blending person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, compassion-focused therapy, and elements of CBT. But most importantly, I bring warmth, empathy, and humor into the process. Therapy, at its core, is about the relationship, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal and grow.
I am an LGBTQIA+-affirming, body-positive, anti-racist/anti-oppression therapist who firmly believes Black Lives Matter.
As someone living with chronic illness and disability myself, I understand how essential accessibility is. That’s why I offer therapy via telehealth—so you can receive care without added barriers, whether you’re managing fatigue, mobility challenges, or the demands of daily life.
Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
